Here’s how to exercise to lose weight quickly. Listen, you’ve probably exercised before… but did you get the results you were hoping for? Probably not… but that’s ok. I’m going to show you some tricks on how to exercise for rapid weight loss.
How to Exercise to Lose Weight Quickly
1. Focus on exercises that work your whole body
For this, you need to do exercises where you are standing up. Something like sitting on a bike is very inefficient when it comes to total body work. Sure, it KINDA works the whole body, but not really.
You’re body is locked into a seated position and you barely move your upper body (generally speaking).
Think in terms of our ancestors. Did they have anything like a bike to work their bodies? Nope! If you want to be as efficient as possible at working your body, then you need to look to our ancestors since we have the same genetics as them. And they did everything STANDING UP.
I suggest you do exercises like hindu squats (rapid cardio bodyweight squats), jumping on a mini-trampoline, hula hooping, jumping rope, and incline treadmill walking.
2. If you do cardio, do it correctly… vary the intensity levels
You need to do High Intensity Interval Training to get the most fat burned in the least amount of time. I’ll save the “why” for another article, but here’s the “how” part.
Take walking, jogging, and running. All you need to do is vary what you’re doing. Do 15 seconds of walking and follow it up with 10 seconds of running… followed up by 20 seconds of jogging. Keep your body guessing. This forces your body to burn more fat off for energy since it doesn’t know what’s coming next.
