<p>How to Exercise to Lose Weight Quickly</p>
<p>1. Focus on exercises that work your whole body</p>
<p>For this, you need to do exercises where you are standing up. Something like sitting on a bike is very inefficient when it comes to total body work. Sure, it KINDA works the whole body, but not really.</p>
<p>You&#8217;re body is locked into a seated position and you barely move your upper body (generally speaking).</p>
<p>Think in terms of our ancestors. Did they have anything like a bike to work their bodies? Nope! If you want to be as efficient as possible at working your body, then you need to look to our ancestors since we have the same genetics as them. And they did everything STANDING UP.</p>
<p>I suggest you do exercises like hindu squats (rapid cardio bodyweight squats), jumping on a mini-trampoline, hula hooping, jumping rope, and incline treadmill walking.</p>
<p>2. If you do cardio, do it correctly&#8230; vary the intensity levels</p>
<p>You need to do High Intensity Interval Training to get the most fat burned in the least amount of time. I&#8217;ll save the &#8220;why&#8221; for another article, but here&#8217;s the &#8220;how&#8221; part.</p>
<p>Take walking, jogging, and running. All you need to do is vary what you&#8217;re doing. Do 15 seconds of walking and follow it up with 10 seconds of running&#8230; followed up by 20 seconds of jogging. Keep your body guessing. This forces your body to burn more fat off for energy since it doesn&#8217;t know what&#8217;s coming next.</p>

<p>Last week we began a two part series on noise pollution and hearing loss. The third kind of pollution problem recognized by people today is this. Persons laboring for long hours in environments that have loud and continuous noise is extremely likely to have either partial or total hearing loss. Blame it on tractors and other similar machines that run full on long hours. As soon as one is exposed to loud machines and hears constant ringing, he is bound to enter into a hearing problem. </p>
<p>But being exposed to loud noises for just a few minutes occasionally will not be threatening or lead to permanent hearing loss, as reported by industrial hygienists who have researched about hearing problems among those who work in factories. Make sure that all motorized equipment are kept well for this will certainly go a long way toward kicking the bark and bite out of the usual noise generated by the engine. Replacing a muffler gone bad entails that it be done with a specified type. Keeping the exhaust pipe far from the operator and make sure it frequently opens up is a must. Exhaust stacks, one that end under the top of a tractor or combine cab is generally bound to create noise even as you try to muffle it. </p>
<p>But based on a university research, a cab added to their test tractor increased the sound level, instead of helping. The more insulation added to a conventional tractor cab interior, the more significant a decrease the sound levels will have. A one inch fiberglass over all metal surfaces that includes the roof area is enough insulation. On the cab floor, two layers of insulation were placed, followed by the original rubber floor mat covering. </p>
<p>But using just any insulating material might not pull it off. Depending on the material, acoustical properties differ and there is more in some than the rest. The market abounds with so many kits of material used in sound proofing. These come in handy in the aim of improving sound levels in cabs that already exist. </p>
<p>It would be good to move engines, air compressors and other noise makers away from the workers by relocating those machines into a different room. But if not would not come in as practical, try rotating jobs then so that not one person will suffer from prolonged noise exposure and that these people will also be able to recuperate after being exposed in the great noise for some time. </p>
<p>Sound deadening material is sufficient to keep the worker well insulated from the racket. But, in most instances, it will be necessary for the worker to protect his ears from the sound around. This can be done with ear muffs, ear plugs, car stuffing. </p>
<p>Ear muffs can protect the best when in areas of high pitched sounds such as jet airports or large turbocharged engine sites. If fitted on correctly, such styles are highly comfortable. But to create good effects, they must fit the ear perfectly. It may come as a surprise that your ability to hear what is going around your machine is not reduced at all. By cutting out the loud noise, the quieter sounds seem to come through better. </p>
<p>You will be able to see the worth of ear plugs for noise control as they are hand, effective and economical, just like muffs. But in order to make sure that they are sized to be very comfy and effective, they should be fitted by a doctor or a nurse only. They would not feel natural at first but after a while you will barely think they&#8217;re in your ear. They can be purchased in different sizes that will suit different workers as they come quite economical. </p>
<p>Controlling sound is impossible when you use ear plugs for swimming. They would not be up to the task. If one wishes to control sound, he has to look for better options than stuffing his ears with cotton. </p>
<p>But then disposal ear plugs can be made from many substances available. Swedish wool is a title it is commonly known to have. If you work around noisy machines and aren&#8217;t using some type of protective equipment you are only fooling yourself. Eventually, as you spend so much on medical treatment and hearing aids, you will wish that back then you already invested in ear protection equipment.</p>

From the time of birth, due to continuous working and change of life styles, external influences, certain changes takes place in this machine. Whenever we notice the changes in the smooth functioning of this system, it should be rectified immediately.</p>
<p>After attaining certain age, everyone has to take care of their health by conducting regular tests &amp; checkups to assess the health condition. As the saying goes, &#8220;prevention is better than cure&#8221; we can take good care of our health if the problem is identified before hand. </p>
<p>We tend to spend huge amounts for our daily appliances but when it comes to our health, we think that it&#8217;s a waste of money and we blindly assume that our health is perfect. At this juncture everyone should observe that the change in the life style has a lot of impact on our health like increase in Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Diabetes, and Obesity etc. No significant symptoms will be noticed at the initial stage and that is why these are neglected. But due to the effect of these disorders, serious diseases like, heart attacks, Paralysis are developing. To avoid these complications, health checkups are playing major role.</p>
<p>In some countries, health checkups are mandatory, but in many of the countries, these health checkups are being neglected. Every body has to checkup their health in regular intervals like once in a year and assess the health condition so that precautions can be taken to avoid the disorders and good health can be maintained.</p>
<p>The following tests are to be conducted once in a year</p>
<p>1. BMI: &#8211; Obesity &amp; over weight are the main cause for the development of many diseases. Change of dietary habits and lack of physical exercise leading to obesity. The BMI should be counted regularly and see that it is in the required range.• Underweight = &lt;18.5• Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 • Overweight = 25-29.9 • Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater </p>
<p>2. Blood pressure: &#8211; Heart attack, paralysis, kidney failure etc., and takes place due to blood pressure. Hence individuals who crosses the age of 25-30 years should get the BP checked once in a year. Older persons to check once in a month.</p>
<p>3. Complete Blood Picture ( CBP):- Due to inadequate contents in blood leads to many diseases hence complete blood picture has to be verified that includes hemoglobin(male: 14-17 g/dl, female: 12-15 g/dl), WBC: 4000-11000 cu/mm, platelets: 1.5-4 lakhs, ESR: 0-15mm for men and 0-20mm for women.</p>
<p>4. Stool Examination:- Due to the existence of some types of worms many problems in the digestive system and release of bowel will occur. It is essential to check whether blood is mixed with excreta. With this you will be knowing whether any ulcer or cancer is there in the gut.</p>
<p>5. Urine Examination:- Urine examination is a easy test and it reveals many things like functioning of kidney, diabetics etc.</p>
<p>6. Diabetes:- Diabetes is a severe problem now a days. Persons who crosses 25 yrs of age should get the diabetes test done once in a year to check the glucose content in the blood during fasting and 2 hours after taking the meal.Normal Range:  Fasting: 70-110 mg/dl After Food: 110-150 mg/dl</p>
<p>7. Liver Function Test (LFT):- These days hepatitis attacks are common. For many liver diseases, symptoms are not noticed in the beginning. By the time we notice the problem, it is beyond curable condition. Hence it is essential to get the liver test done once in a year.</p>
<p>8. Seram Creatinine:- This blood test reveals the functioning of lungs. Most of lungs disorders will not show any symptoms in the initial stage. Hence by checking the function of lungs it can be treated at the early stage. Adult male: 0.8-1.4 mg/dl Adult female: 0.6-1.1 mg/dl Children: 0.2-1.0 mg/dl</p>
<p> 9. Cholesterol(lipid profile):- Excess cholesterol is the main reason for the heart diseases.  Normal Range:  LDL: &lt;100 HDL: &gt;40 Triglycerides: &lt;150 One who crosses the age of 25-30 should get these tests done with empty stomach once in a year</p>
<p>10. Thyroid:- Due to iodine deficiency and less resistance power Thyroid problems occur. TSH: 0.3-6.0 T3 : 0.6-1.81 T4 : 4.0-12.0 Be cautious and spare some time to think about your health and keep your health fit to enable to live healthy life.</p>
